Built out of pure frustration.
It started with one shirt.
Super Bowl week, I had a line stuck in my head:
"No Emperors, No Kings, No Chiefs… Go Birds!"
I wanted it on a shirt. That's it. One shirt, one line of text, ready to wear by game day.
What I found instead was every custom-apparel site on the internet asking me to pick fonts I didn't want, upload artwork I didn't have, drag things around on a broken canvas, sign up for accounts, and wait a week and a half. For a shirt with six words on it.
So I built the site I actually wanted.
The idea is simple
You have something to say. We put it on a shirt. Fast.

What we make
Shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, and bags—all printed on demand, one at a time, with whatever you typed. Every order is made just for you after you hit buy, which is why we don't do returns for buyer's remorse or typos. Read what you typed twice. Then hit buy.

We fulfill through US-based print facilities so your order isn't sitting on a container ship for three weeks. Shorter shipping distance means faster delivery, lower carbon footprint, and if something goes wrong we can actually do something about it.
Who's behind this
TextOnShirt is a project by Covert Digital, a DBA of Covert-Industries, LLC—a small independent operation based in Austin, Texas. No venture capital. No 40-person team. Just a builder who got tired of clunky customizers and decided to fix it.
